This is the 2017 bloodborne pathogens presentation for McLean County Area EMS System Providers. Viewing the presentation and completing the associated quiz with a score of 80% or greater will allow you to access your CE certificate.

This course is first quarter continuing education for the McLean County Area EMS System. This course addresses general concepts of EMS identification and management of Sepsis patients.
This course is first quarter continuing education for the McLean County Area EMS System. This course addresses general research concepts in addition to looking at some research studies specific to EMS
This course involves viewing an approximately 30 minute video. The course reviews not only the components of the FAST exam, in addition to other assessment techniques to assist providers in identifying large vessel strokes. There will be a short knowledge check quiz, and after passing it with a score of 80% you will be able to print a certificate documenting your continuing education.
This online classroom, is one part of the McLean County Area EMS System hybrid emergency medical responder program. All modules of the online course must be completed. In addition attendance at all mandatory in person skills and testing days are required. Failure to complete either phase will result in being ineligible for licensure.
